The product from conception ...
Display and control units are the manufacturer’s calling card, especially in the medium-sized machine and special vehicle sector. They are happy to think about technical, economic and innovative solutions with us as a competent partner right from the concept phase. We advise the customer and record the approaches discussed in order to formulate the specifications. The circuit diagram and PCB layout are then developed based on this. At the same time, software development for the system processors often begins.
...to realisation
Prototype production of the product begins with the customer’s technical approval in laboratory and workshop tests. The results are carefully analysed and – if necessary – adjustments are made to the units and the concept. We also support the products during series production, for example by making optimisation suggestions when new electronic possibilities arise. For example, trade fair samples are created “overnight”, spare parts are produced or interim solutions are created.
